Our user base has doubled in the last year alone, and we have paid over $2 billion directly to creators on our platform. Our company is expanding just quickly, and to ensure we are continuing to cultivate a workplace based on Diversity and Inclusion, we are looking to hire a Senior Diversity Recruiter!

Skills and experience you possess

  • 3 + years of recruiting experience with a focus on talent from underrepresented groups
  • Experience and passion about building an inclusion and diversity strategy within the tech sector
  • Proven background in creating innovative recruiting techniques focused on diversity hiring
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO and Affirmative Action general guidelines and requirements
  • Experience creating and maintaining relationships with external partnership stakeholders and events in conjunction with our D&I strategy
  • Strategic and analytical problem solver; Excellent skills in interpreting data and reporting trends
  • Experience building deep cross functional relationships and influencing across all levels
  • Experience partnering with employee resource groups to support talent acquisition efforts

What you will do

  • Be a trusted advisor to our business leaders and hiring managers regarding diversity recruiting strategy and building a bench of diverse talent
  • Develop and activate a talent pipeline by identifying and sourcing unique diverse talent
  • Analyze recruiting data and trends to understand the business landscape and build recruitment strategies & solutions
  • Create opportunities to share Patreon’s  diverse and inclusive culture by hosting and attending events and other creative avenues
  • Manage ongoing relationships with external partnership stakeholders and events in conjunction with our D&I strategy
  • Partner closely with recruiting leaders to develop strategies to - reinforce diversity recruiting, training and development
  • Create ways to effectively measure success of diversity recruiting strategies that directly correlates to recruiting funnel
