About the Role As Persona continues to scale our GTM operations, we are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the demand generation team. You will help Persona’s growth and will directly impact Persona’s long-term goals by working alongside various teams including, but not limited to, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. As our ideal candidate, you are data-driven, curious about the work around you, and have a “get it done” attitude. You are familiar with leveraging digital and non-digital channels to drive pipeline creation and deliver best-in-class campaigns and experiences to our prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will be confident in developing strategies, comfortable with a data-driven approach to execution, and have a creative and growth mindset.

What you'll achieve

  • Business growth through lead and MQL generation. You’ll drive successful campaigns that create high-quality MQLs that turn prospects into customers
  • Marketing campaign growth. Launch campaigns targeted to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to drive demand creation and demand capture. You’ll determine the target audience, ideas, and messages to test and work with internal teams to build the audience list, messages, and assets needed to make these campaigns successful
  • Digital and non-digital channel growth. Identify, implement, test,and measure campaigns across channels to drive growth. This will include but is not limited to paid social, display, SEM, programmatic, content syndication, 3rd party sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. You will work with cross-functional teams to set KPI and be responsible for tracking performance metrics
  • Strong cross-functional relationships. Partner with product marketing, operations, sales, sales development, and customer success teams to develop a coordinated strategy and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation. Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize and improve campaigns to grow the business.

What you'll bring to Persona

  • 3+ years relevant work experience within B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success in creating and executing impact campaigns for targeted audiences
  • A can-do and growth mindset. You are curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to give and receive both constructive and positive feedback
  • Proven ability in owning campaign programs from conception through execution (this includes planning, project management, and tactical execution)
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding proactive communication skills and ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, data-driven, and team-focused environment
  • Understanding of KPIs and campaign performance metrics across marketing channels and can communicate performance to various cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical background and thrives in making data-driven decisions
  • Experience with marketing tools and systems, Salesforce knowledge required; familiarity with Marketo a plus
Compensation & Equity For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $90,000 - $145,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission.
