We’re building a recruiting process that truly puts candidates first. We strive to give every candidate a stellar experience, regardless of the interview outcome. The Talent team manages all of the nuts and bolts to ensure the interview process is smooth and candidates feel empowered with the tools to be successful. This role will be directly responsible for handling the candidate experience from the moment a candidate applies, all the way through their final interview. You’re the face of our company and will be instrumental in bringing in the best hires to help our company grow.

What you’ll achieve

  • Schedule interviews with potential future Personerds, and become an expert in our ATS (Lever)
  • Track all candidates’ onsite experiences (currently conducted virtually) and serve as point of contact for their onsite
  • Work closely with our partners and our engineering team to improve upon existing processes and programs and to develop and roll out fun, creative ways to acquire talent
  • Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and docs

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Passion for the candidate experience and finding ways to enhance and better the experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to focus in an interrupt-driven environment
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail (no matter how mundane)
  • You instill trust in your judgment, ability to complete any project, and rise to any challenge
  • Friendly, outgoing, reliable and trustworthy team player
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks ideally in HR or recruiting
  • Experience maintaining professionalism amidst difficult teams, challenging facilities, and last-minute changes to team and candidate schedules
  • You are a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) champion and advocate - ensuring equitable treatment for all throughout (and beyond) the interview process
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
