Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Actively lead hiring strategies that work towards scaling a diverse and ambitious company
  • Own the full cycle recruitment process within our go-to-market organization and screen, interview and close top-notch candidates for our sales teams
  • Provide a best in class candidate experience and engage candidates from the first screening to offer negotiation to make their decision as easy as possible
  • Build and nurture a strong sales talent pipeline to meet our hiring goals by developing sourcing strategies, cultivating referrals and promoting our employer brand via social media and events
  • Collaborate closely with your Hiring Managers as you are their Trusted Advisor and expert regarding all Talent Acquisition Topics
  • Ensure by a data-driven approach a deep understanding of your recruiting activities and how to further develop them
  • Share knowledge and foster collaboration within our Talent Acquisition Team

What you need to succeed

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally being responsible for hiring top talent in sales or other high volume roles within a fast-growing company or agency
  • Track record of hiring various positions within a short time and excellent collaboration with hiring managers
  • Knowledge of different sourcing techniques and channels to find and attract the best sales talent out there
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends
  • Structured way of working and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and to complete them diligently
  • Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritise and organise
  • Fluent and on-point communication in German and English
