We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Team Lead Talent Sourcing to join our talent team. In this role you lead our sourcing team which enables and drives an effective sourcing strategy across the full hiring plan by delivering strategic insights, guidance and active sourcing support based on the highest possible impact for our hiring goals for our talent and hiring teams. With that, we lay the foundation to hire the best talent on our way to becoming the #1 HR operating system in Europe.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, manage and develop a team of sourcers across various talent functions and offices
  • Continuously improve and asses our strategic sourcing practices to source, attract, engage, asses and select top talent
  • Analyze the sourcing team’s impact and utilize data and metrics to improve our sourcing efforts
  • Optimize the sourcing and talent team’s sourcing productivity and continuously level up our sourcing skills in the team by driving innovation
  • Partner with talent leaders to realize hiring goals, and all operational metrics
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the sourcing team members and support them in their career development

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of hands-on sourcing experience with technical and non-technical organizations, ideally in a talent sourcing heavy role
  • 2+ years of relevant leadership experience of mentoring & guiding a sourcing or recruiting team
  • Experience in effectively creating and executing sourcing strategies and align them with the business objectives
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort in partnering with and influencing internal stakeholders
  • Data driven approach and deep knowledge of market trends, competitors and general talent availability
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal, ability to present data and its key learnings in a concise and clear manner
