As a recruiting intern in Madrid your main mission is to help our international team grow mainly focussing on the areas of Product & Engineering. You will support the recruiting team in all administrative facets of talent acquisition, from resume processing, sourcing new candidates to event organization. You will become part of our international Talent Acquisition team developing into an expert in creating a great candidate experience and active sourcing through social media. This is a temporary position (6-month contract) with the potential to be hired full-time.

Your role and responsibilities

  • You will assist with candidate disposition and will be the first touchpoint for candidates who applied for engineering roles in our international offices or who you contacted directly through direct sourcing
  • You will be researching and identifying suitable candidates for current and future openings in our P&E department
  • You will make a decisive contribution to the further growth of our office in Madrid and Amsterdam by assisting with interviewing coordination while excelling candidate experience
  • You will be involved in initiatives to create a great candidate experience
  • You will help find creative strategies to attract passive talent utilising internal and external databases and other sourcing tools
  • You will support building up our employer brand in Spain through recruiting events and social media campaigns
  • You will participate in ad-hoc recruiting projects related to the candidate experience, sourcing strategies, reports and event recruiting

What you need to succeed

  • You are either in your last year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or you have just graduated from University ideally with a focus on HR or Psychology
  • You have already gathered the first experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on active sourcing working with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job-boards
  • You act and think solution-oriented, putting the candidate experience always first
  • You enjoy the attention to details and have a well- structured approach to work
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced company and you have the ability to work in a changing environment
  • You are business fluent in English, fluency in Spanish and/or German would be a plus
  • Availability for an at least 6 months internship, possibility to extend
