We simplify and automate recruiting, payroll and human resource management software (all-in-one) for small to medium-sized businesses. We are looking for rockstar talent to join our fast-growing Workplace team in Dublin and to help lead the incredible growth we are seeing in the region. This high impact, delivery-focused role will report to the Head of Workplace and will align with our Workplace team on identifying and documenting processes, policies, and procedures, and manage project operations at a global level. As a Project Manager, you will participate in researching and vetting possible solutions, structures and standardise practices for operational challenges for the overall Workplace department. You will also liaise and develop working relationships both internally and externally to support all Personio stakeholders. A core component of your work will focus on implementing new software & innovative integrations that will increase productivity, support and improve the user experience for the team and Personio’s clients. You will be working cross collaboratively with other departments and the Workplace team to ensure alignment of our company goals and values and always providing exceptional customer service.

In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead multiple Workplace projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across Workplace teams and business partners
  • Effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment.
  • You will assist in crafting and implementing scalable SOP’s for WP managed teams, including but not limited to, Office Builds and Real estate, Design, Reception, Event management, Space management, Office Coordinating, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Janitorial, Health and Safety, Physical Security and Office IT.
  • You will prepare project correspondence, presentations, analytic data, status reports, executive updates and annual planning, as needed for management review and team updating.
  • Manage projects/programs with large scale activities that span multiple Workplace Management teams and business partners
  • You will ensure audits are complete and evaluate new software to help resolve challenges and maximize productivity and are effective in operationalizing manual processes.
  • You will provide training, communication and support for scalable processes, procedures, and tools to make operations more efficient, organized and simplified.
  • You will identify and determine needed management tools and apps that efficiently track and increase team and employee productivity
  • Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear and ensure alignment across all Workplace Management Team contributors.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to troubleshoot project planning and implementation issues
  • Effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years in Project Management or Workplace Operations role.
  • You are able to work with and adopt new tools and technologies.
  • You are proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • You have a customer service focused mindset.
  • You have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • You are self-motivated & empathetic.
