The role

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll drive and analyze key business processes across multiple verticals at Pilot. You will support function leads in Operations as well as other senior stakeholders to deliver analytic insights that ensure efficient day to day processes and impactful strategic decision-making. You will be expected to own key business programs, identify operational weaknesses, and drive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, dig into and leverage data and insights to run and improve business processes (such as operational productivity, efficiency, capacity, etc.)
  • Develop and track business KPIs to drive execution and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to help other teams execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency
  • Partner with the heads of products and operational functions to make informed judgments on workforce planning and forecasting

About you

  • Excel modeling skills with the ability to own complicated models end-to-end for a senior audience
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting or other strategic, analytic, or operational role in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Can do attitude towards solving complex problems and building scalable processes
  • Nice to have:  experience with data visualization software (e.g. Looker, Tableau) or Python
