The Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Pilot’s ongoing talent needs by managing all aspects of the candidate interviewing experience.  You will work closely with our talent team, hiring managers, and employees to coordinate interviews and support recruiting operations.  You will be the face of Pilot to our candidates and ensure we deliver a world class candidate experience.  In addition, you will assist the team with other projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Pilot of our candidates to ensure that we deliver a world class candidate experience.
  • Build exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, employees, and the recruiting team by fulfilling all scheduling requests in a timely manner and supporting them with various recruiting needs.
  • Coordinate with multiple candidates, often across multiple timezones, to schedule interviews.
  • Become a super user/administrator of our recruiting systems including Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and assist with any reporting needs.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally.
  • Partner with leadership to proactively identify areas of process improvements for recruiting operations.
  • Work on projects such as employer branding, social media, recruitment marketing, recruiting programs, university relations, training. etc. as assigned.

About You

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, project coordination, or administrative experience is desired
  • Dedicated to building strong relationships, providing exceptional customer experience to both hiring managers and candidates, and working collaboratively with internal peers
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills to drive creative solutions
  • Comfortable driving positive outcomes and taking the initiative to be one step ahead
  • Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Greenhouse (ATS) is a huge plus
