  • Content Creation and Curation: Create platform-specific social media content, manage editorial calendar, and test new features that drive engagement. This includes everything from snappy tweets and Instagram reels to long-form LinkedIn posts from Pilot’s experts.
  • Brand Voice Development: Co-architect a distinctive brand voice and point-of-view on social media that resonates with our startup and SMB audience.
  • Creator and Partner Relations: Develop and manage relationships with content creators, thought leaders, and ecosystem partners to expand our reach and credibility.

  • Can balance strategic vision and tactical execution, from setting channel strategy to getting in the weeds scheduling posts and doing influencer research.
  • You're a master of 1-2 major social platforms and have a keen eye for which content works where.
  • You're an excellent communicator and storyteller, able turn even the driest of topics into engaging social content.
