We're looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Manager. In this position, you will have a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. You will be part of an ambitious, driven, and quality-focused talent acquisition team, and above all, you will be responsible for attracting Pitch's most important asset - it's people!

What you'll do

  • You attract and source the best talents to join Pitch
  • You will focus on hiring top talent for our technical and non-technical functions
  • You collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies, create meaningful job postings, evaluation, and closing solutions
  • You own and manage the full cycle talent acquisition process, from the kick off meeting to screening, interviews, and hiring of new employees
  • You drive active sourcing strategies and activities, from reaching out to candidates to engaging with them
  • You provide a first-class candidate experience by ensuring smooth processes with a personal touch and professional communication (in job ads, interviews, feedbacks, offers)
  • You drive and manage projects and contribute to the further development of our recruiting team by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life
  • You will develop strategies and processes to ensure we recruit diversely and fair.

Who we are looking for

  • You have 2+ years experience in a similar role in recruiting (ideally in an international, high-volume recruitment environment)
  • You have experience building inclusive and diverse teams for recruiting and for the business
  • You have an understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
  • You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who engages with the Pitch has a unique and positive experience
  • You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
  • You are a team player and you strive for having great collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
  • You have strong professional communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers at various levels within the company
  • Your work style is structured, and you can manage your time effectively with a ‘make it happen' attitude
  • You are an innovative and motivated networker
  • You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus
