The Developer Experience team build tools for our developer customers, and are organized around the developer lifecycle: Learn, Build and Scale. The Learn pod works closely with our Developer Relations team to build a rich learning platform that spans from docs to quickstarts to demos. The Build pod aims to help developers launch and customize their applications via APIs, SDKs, sandbox environments and tools in our developer dashboard. Finally, the Scale pod helps customers scale via self-serve support tools in the dashboard, and by building tools to help our internal Support and account management teams serve our customers better.
As the lead of leads for Developer Experience, you’ll work with your cross functional counterparts and your teams to set an ambitious vision and strategy. You’ll interact closely with top brands in Fintech to evolve your strategy & roadmaps, and work with teams to set and meet aggressive goals. The DevX team has a wide scope, and you’ll be responsible for organizing and growing the team to take it on. This includes hiring & growing both individual contributors and managers.
