We build simple yet innovative consumer products and developer APIs that shape how everybody interacts with money and the financial system.
We believe the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and infrastructure developers need to create their own products. Today, thousands of companies such as Acorns, Stripe, and Venmo rely on Plaid to connect with the financial system; supporting millions of requests per day and thousands of bank integrations. Our goal is to give people more control over their finances and unlock financial freedom for everyone.
Product Success provides a platform for internal product teams, building shared abstractions and primitives. It directly manages and improves the quality of crucial services that touch every API request at Plaid.
Our ability to support new products, markets, and users rests on the quality of the internal platform, abstractions, and APIs that we build. The better common building blocks we create, the faster we enable other engineering teams to build and scale each product for our customers and our users.
Timezone-wise, this team is based in US Eastern time as well as the UK and Central Europe.
