Responsibilities
- Acts as a specialist, advisor, and advocate for our partners. By leveraging deep technical, product, and industry knowledge, we help our partners build and scale.
- Own the strategic relationship and partner with key customer decision makers to identify and align on opportunities that will drive impact for their business.
- Lead key partnership initiatives including joint impact planning, executive business reviews, ongoing checkpoints, and escalations as needed
Requirements
- Customer empathy and strong desire to see partners succeed.
- Desire to get technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of Plaid's APIs.
- Deep familiarity in financial services and technical products; a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Excitement to work in a strategic environment.
- Excited about driving sales enablement at the partner level to scale Plaid’s impact on the ecosystem.
- Ability to work with all types of people and build long-lasting relationships.
- Relationship building (understand how to leverage internal/external executives, product, etc).
