  • Proven experience supporting enterprise sales processes and engaging with technical personas (e.g., engineering, DevOps, FinOps).

  • Ability to frame and solve complex business problems using PointFive’s solutions.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven with a bias for action.

  • Polished, professional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and research teams to drive pipeline and close deals.

  • Act as the technical liaison to the engineering team for escalations, product feedback, and customer needs.

  • Develop deep product expertise, quickly learn new technical concepts, and map PointFive solutions to customer challenges.

  • Support enablement of the sales team by sharing best practices, strategies, and technical insights.

  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competitive technologies, and cloud market developments to shape customer conversations.

  • Provide feedback loops from the field to product and GTM teams, ensuring continuous improvement.
