As PointFive’s first in-house Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and leading our RevOps function from the ground up. This role blends strategic operations, systems leadership, and Deal Desk responsibilities to support every stage of the revenue engine. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to streamline processes, improve forecasting, and help structure high-quality deals. This is a unique opportunity to influence the foundation of our GTM motion and drive efficiency, visibility, and scale across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Operations
- Develop and execute a unified RevOps strategy aligned with company goals and GTM objectives.
- Serve as the operational backbone across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment in process, systems, and data.
- Establish a consistent source of truth for pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Design and maintain forecasting models and dashboards for revenue, pipeline, and retention
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and quota planning.
- Support territory planning, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales during deal structuring, providing guidance on pricing, margin, and commercial terms.
- Support end-to-end deal cycles, including approvals, contract workflows, and coordination with Finance and Legal.
- Maintain and improve quoting tools, discount governance, and deal hygiene standards to ensure scalable, compliant deal execution.
- Analyze and standardize common deal patterns to accelerate sales velocity and reduce friction.
- Own and optimize GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring they support scalable growth and cross-functional visibility.
- Implement automations to reduce manual tasks, streamline handoffs, and improve sales cycle efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to document, improve, and standardize key workflows—from lead routing to renewal management.
Insights & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into performance metrics (CAC, LTV, NRR, conversion rates, etc.).
- Deliver recurring business reviews and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Track GTM KPIs and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Required Experience- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Deep knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) administration and customization as well as marketing automation tools. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable GTM systems and processes.
- Proven ability to deliver clear, actionable reporting to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the cloud infrastructure ecosystem or FinOps space.
- Prior exposure to ARR, CAC/LTV modeling, and SaaS revenue metrics.
- Strategic thinker who’s also comfortable executing at a tactical level.
- Process- and systems-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency.
