About the role:
Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way. Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Junior Process Master to help our teams work better with Jira.
In this role, you will set up and maintain boards, build reports and dashboards, and make the team's daily work clear and easy to follow. Your work will directly shape how people plan, track, and deliver their projects every day.
This is a great starting point if you are interested in how teams get things done.
It can also be a strong fit for someone interested in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or other modern ways of working — you will see these frameworks in action and help put them into practice.
Your daily tasks will include:
Creating and updating Jira boards for different teams
Building reports in Jira and helping teams set up dashboards that show what they actually need
Supporting the setup of workflows, issue types, and fields so boards stay useful as teams grow and change
Helping team members who get stuck in Jira — answering questions, fixing small issues, showing them how to do things
Spotting places where the process is slow or unclear and suggesting simple ways to improve it
Create documentation for already existing processes
Your qualifications:
Attention to detail — you notice when something is off, even in small things
Curious about how tools are set up and willing to dig into settings and configurations
Comfortable with routine, hands-on technical work — you don't mind repeating similar configuration tasks and following clear steps
Interest in team efficiency and modern ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or similar)
Responsible and able to own your tasks without someone checking on you all the time
Comfortable asking questions and talking to people across different teams
Good level of English
Nice to have:
Any hands-on experience with Jira (school projects, internships, or personal use all count) — not required, but highly appreciated
Exposure to Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
What we offer:
Monthly salary EUR €2,170 – €2,750 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done
An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga
Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)
Private health insurance
2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being
1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice
Internal and external learning opportunities
Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on-site and online
Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office
Design and order your own merch using our platforms with an employee discount
Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!
