HR and ESG · Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia · Hybrid People Data and Technology Lead We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.

About the role:

Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way. Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for an experienced People Data and Technology Lead to join our team.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Global HRIS Ownership: Act as the primary technical owner and "Super User" for the HRIS ecosystem, managing complex configurations, security permissions, and automated workflows.

  • Digital Transformation: Lead the roadmap for HR tech by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automated modules or software solutions to increase efficiency.

  • Strategic Project Management: Utilize Agile methodologies to lead HR tech projects from conception to delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

  • Technical Liaison: Serve as the "Bridge Builder" by translating complex business requirements from HR leadership into actionable technical specifications for IT, Engineering, and Finance.

  • System Integration & APIs: Oversee the "Final Mile" of digital transformation by managing API connectivity and ensuring seamless integration between the HRIS and external business tools.

  • Data Governance & Compliance: Establish a "Zero-Error" auditing framework to ensure 100% data accuracy while maintaining strict compliance with global regulations like GDPR and SOC2.

  • Unified Data Architecture: Architect a scalable structural blueprint that integrates fragmented HR, payroll, and finance systems into a single, automated "source of truth."

  • Advanced People Analytics: Oversee the development of executive dashboards and predictive models to track critical business metrics, such as attrition flight risks and headcount cost projections.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Partner with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs to standardize data definitions and align HR insights with company-wide business goals.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a high-performing team with a focus on "Privacy by Design."

Your qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in HR Technology or People Analytics, including at least 2 years of direct leadership or management experience.

  • Systems Subject Matter Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Information Systems (IS) and enterprise ecosystems; while experience with HiBob or HR-specific tools is a plus, we value a strong background in navigating complex legacy data mapping and system migrations.

  • Strategic Project Management: Proven track record of leading cross-functional tech initiatives using Agile tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

  • Business & Financial Acumen: Ability to effectively collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations, with a clear understanding of how people data influences the P&L and organizational scaling.

  • Advanced Analytical Toolkit: Expert proficiency in Excel and professional experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

  • Data Integrity Mindset: A rigorous "Zero-Error" approach to data hygiene, treating data discrepancies with the same level of urgency as a critical system outage.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with global data privacy standards, including GDPR and SOC2 compliance requirements.

What we offer:

  • Monthly salary starting from EUR 4800 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills

  • A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done

  • An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga

  • Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)

  • 2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being

  • 1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice

  • Internal and external learning opportunities

  • Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on-site and online

  • Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office

  • Design and order your own merch using our platforms with an employee discount

  • Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!
