What are some of the responsibilities of this role?
- Manage existing customer referral partner relationships and grow those accounts significantly
- Identify new partners around the world that Prodigy Finance should partner with
- Initiate outreach and onboard new partners that can drive tangible value for the business
- Manage day-to-day account management activities for the accounts assigned to you
- Ensure we hit ambitious growth targets set for every year
What you will be measured on:
- Ability to grow the existing accounts assigned to you (based on the number of new customers originated via the partner)
- Ability to identify and onboard new global accounts and grow them
- Number of loans that are driven via the accounts you manage
- Ability to build relationships and trust with the accounts you manage

Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
- 5 years experience as an Account Manager in the India & global study abroad space
- Prior experience and existing relationships in leading global pathway providers, agent aggregators, university recruitment and admission consulting platforms
- Deep Understanding of managing cross-border relationships to drive towards a shared goal of accelerated growth
- Demonstrative experience of having delivered aggressive growth targets in a similar role
- Have worked in and has exposure to the India & global partner ecosystem
- Ability to think strategically and understand the needs of our customers
Experience that would be nice to have (but we’ll trade off if everything else fits):
- Experience of working in a global company, working daily with offices and colleagues around the world
- Exposure to the global study abroad loans landscape, including the Prodigy Finance offering and how it stacks against other lenders
- Experience in running basic marketing and promotional activities
- Masters degree
