  • What are some of the responsibilities of this role?
  • Responsible for developing and executing our end-to-end CRM strategies to drive personalised customer communications
  • Responsible for key messaging and copy creation for email, external articles, website, in-app and sms.
  • Manage the end-to-end creation and execution of email, in-app and sms marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals
  • Project manage various lifecycle projects and campaigns, working closely with Brand, Customer Success, Product, and Design teams
  • Own reporting and analytics for all journeys, triggered sends, etc. Provides insights to inform improvements of current journeys, and where we can add new journeys/triggers due to conversion drop off.
  • Create and document a formal optimisation program (A/B. Multivariate, etc) for testing and iterating on CRM initiatives to drive highly converting CRM communications
  • Act as a key partner to the business as the customer insights and CRM best practices expert
  • Analyse and identify areas of opportunity to drive high quality conversions through product enhancements and communications
  • Formulate end-to-end conversion solutions to leverage the opportunities across website, product and communication plans that drive acquisition, conversion and feature adoption
  • Work closely with our UX Team to define product positioning and core messaging through extensive customer research and a/b testing
  • Work closely with stakeholders to outline conversion solution requirements for established company and domain KPIs.
  • Management, execution and prioritisation of conversion solutions working with Tech, Business Owners and CX
  • Analyse and measure results, and iterate
  • Manage a communications specialist to create content and execute campaigns.

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree in marketing/business or equivalent
  • 5 – 8 years’ communications/marketing experience gained within a highly reputable technology or financial services company
  • Experience with programmatic marketing methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams and leading successful product launches
  • Experience working with Tech, Product and BD teams to understand market requirements and support product launches
  • Understanding of user journeys, customer journeys and customer experience, particularly within the context of financial services
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus!
  • Experience with using SQL for accurate segmentation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus!
