We are looking for an experienced leader with a startup mindset to support our high growth business and be a force multiplier for our distributed teams. We are headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Prague, Vancouver, and Dublin.

You’ll be a key contributor within our finance and accounting team, which is based in Prague and directs our global operations. You will play an essential role in a fast-paced environment and help scale not only the team but overall HR operations, control and compliance across the company. In addition to playing a critical role in our general accounting and finance roadmap, you’ll also possess the knowledge and experience to navigate various regulatory requirements across multiple entities in various countries.

You’ll build a Global share organization for HR covering HR administration and payroll inputs administration.

On a typical day, you will…

  • Provide a professional administrative service to business colleagues across a broad range of HR queries and processes, including supporting with case management, undertaking HR administrative onboarding, lifecycle and leavers processes, producing correspondence, handling customer queries, monitoring reports and documentation
  • Data entry into HR management systems (payroll and HR)
  • To ensure all records are held and maintained in an orderly and accessible fashion
  • Manage delivery of assigned tasks and queries within scope of personal and team workload and agreed handoffs
  • Identifying customer needs, seeking and providing effective solutions to their queries and deliver excellent customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
  • Use the case management and HR system to record and maintain accurate records about activities and tasks undertaken and update HR systems as required
  • Identify and support on continuous improvement opportunities and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in processes and systems

About you

  • At 2-3 years in HR admin role, experience from GSSC is a plus
  • Orientation in Labor Codes (opportunities to learn - multinational knowledge)
  • Very good experience with Data sheets
  • A detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving
  • Great English communication skills, both written and verbal
