Your responsibilities

We are a small, dedicated team with experience in customer care and customer operations. We place great value on appreciative interaction and mutual support. We work daily to expand and develop the cooperation with our customers.

  • You work with high motivation to increase customer satisfaction and the quality of our customer service
  • You independently measure the quality of customer service using a quality matrix
  • You listen actively and evaluate recorded conversations in the follow-up; in addition, you provide active suggestions for improvement
  • You process incoming complaints in written form
  • You are co-responsible for the creation and documentation of quality key figures
  • You take care of complaint and escalation management

Your profile

  • You are a spelling professional and can find every mistake - fluent German language skills are a prerequisite, English skills are an advantage
  • You know what makes good customer service - and bring several years of experience
  • Ideally, you have already worked in quality assurance or complaint management, or you would like to learn more about this field
  • You have a positive outlook and the ability to read and listen between the lines
  • You use your communication skills and empathy to assess the conversations you have with tact and sensitivity
