The team focuses on developing and maintaining a robust content strategy, driven by a comprehensive SEO roadmap. Our SEO team covers a broad spectrum of activities, from keyword research to on-page and technical SEO, working in partnership with the Product Team and other marketing channels to maximize impact.
While Germany is our primary focus, we also support Raisin’s international markets, working closely with country heads and their teams to tailor our efforts to local needs.

- Execute our established SEO strategy while adapting to specific market needs: Implement our established SEO strategy while remaining agile to meet the unique demands of your markets. You’ll combine a deep understanding of our SEO goals with market-specific insights to drive measurable results, recognizing the dynamic nature of the SEO landscape.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership of your markets: Take full ownership and responsibility of your assigned markets (DACH), overseeing all aspects of domain performance, including growth, decline, health, and emerging opportunities. You’ll proactively monitor organic performance, stay fluent in key KPIs, address fluctuations, and consistently work towards improvement.
- Plan and execute technical optimization: As the Raisin SEO expert, leverage your solid technical SEO skills and experience to gain a profound understanding of our technical strengths and limitations. Strategically optimize site structure, technical performance, and individual pages to maximize organic visibility and search rankings.
- Ongoing keyword research and analysis: Utilize strong keyword research and analysis skills to quickly identify opportunities and gaps. Evaluate content needs and develop strategies that maximize the impact of both new and existing content.
- Align with the content strategy: Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure a seamless process from incorporating the keyword research to ensuring the published landing pages align with SEO requirements and are optimized for maximum impact.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Ensure alignment with SEO goals and adjust strategies based on performance trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies. Proactively integrate cutting-edge techniques into your strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize SEO tools and technologies: Use key SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Sistrix to inform decisions and drive tactical and strategic recommendations. Ensure tools are used effectively to monitor performance and optimize efforts.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO
- Proven expertise both in technical SEO and content-driven strategies.
- Experience in managing multiple domains with a track record of growing domains’ organic performance.
- Commanding expertise in SEO tools and technologies
- HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Structured data, GA/GSC, Ahrefs/Sistrix, ScreamingFrog.
- Proficiency in diverse SEO inputs:
- Including A/B testing, SEO audits, KWR, site taxonomy, information architecture, link building, international SEO, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and UX/CRO.
- Understanding a marketing funnel and SEO’s role in it, critical thinking and focus on the KPIs.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Experience with Looker & Data Studio is a plus.
- Proactive initiative and innovative problem-solving skills, coupled with effective task management.
- Strong hands-on approach.
- Collaborative, team-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
- Uncompromising attention to detail.
- Fluent English & German language skills.
