The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a difference in the global employment space as the Sales Support Assistant - North America on the Sales team. We are a remote-first work environment and are looking for a kind individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment where there is always something new to learn and do. This position will support our growing and busy Sales teams, and is an integral key in the smooth functioning of our scaling Sales organization.


  • 2+ years experience supporting Sales team in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience organizing and handling multiple tasks
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new things
  • Write and speak fluent English
  • Experience working independently and prioritizing work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate detailed information in succinct manner
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk, Asana, Notion, Slack and Google tools suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google drive) would be helpful
  • It’s not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Key responsibilities

  • Provide tier-one pre-sales support to Sales organization on a variety of topics including Benefits, Payroll, Invoicing, and other country-related matters
  • Manage team Asana boards, respond to inquiries, route new Asana tickets to appropriate team owner; keep board current and follow-up on overdue tasks
  • Own responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), tenders, security questionnaires and other prospect inquiries
  • Maintain library of customer-facing snippets and templates
  • Coordinate vendor trials, completevendor assessments, facilitate customer questionnaires and other tasks
  • Suggest opportunities to automate manual repetitive tasks
  • Help maintain Sales documentation
  • Assist Sales Contracts team with management of high-volume contracting process
  • Contribute to different specialized, ad-hoc projects to support our growing sales organization

Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair unbiased compensation and fair pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labour practices and therefore pay a minimum annual salary of USD 40,000 per year, in all locations throughout the world. Actual compensation may vary based upon geographical location, experience, and/or skill level. However, it will never be below our minimum global compensation mentioned.
