  • Together, we will double the RevenueCat team year-over-year while maintaining a high bar for talent, culture, and diversity.

About You:

  • You have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with at least 1 year in-house
  • You have partnered with engineering to develop recruiting processes and hire key talent
  • Exceptional executor, able to turn ideas into action
  • Adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Humility, there is no task you’re ‘above’ doing
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You’re deeply passionate about candidate experience, building diverse teams, and creating an incredible remote-first company culture

In the first month, you’ll:

  • Ramp up on our product, market, and industry
  • Embrace and eventually evangelize our culture
  • Learn our recruiting and HR systems and processes
  • Make your first hire

Within the first 3 months, you’ll:

  • Hire at a pace of 7.5 roles a quarter
  • Establish yourself as a trusted hiring partner
  • Identify and deploy improvements to candidate experience

Within the first 6 months, you’ll:

  • Review metrics to identify hiring trends and potential bottlenecks
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies that leverage our fully-remote culture
  • Optimize hiring process to improve scalability, and consistency, and conversions

Within the first 12 months, you’ll:

  • Support larger strategic projects around employer branding, diversity & inclusion, interview training and much more!
