We’re looking for someone who’ll be responsible for supporting and advising the Sales team on compliance requirements related to sales matters like marketing, data protection and related controls within the First Line of Defence. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role, but we know you can do it 💪

What you’ll be doing
- Understanding 1LoD/department needs and providing compliance domain expertise
- Providing solutions to compliance problems statements
- Acting as effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD Compliance
- Ensuring we’re meeting regulatory requirements
- Reading regulations and understanding their implications based on department needs
- Monitoring the regulatory issues related to the given department and analysing existing data proactively to suggest remediation actions
- Engaging with relevant stakeholders within and outside the Sales team maintaining selling activities in a compliant framework
What you'll need
- A degree from a top-tier university, legal studies preferred
- Basic understanding of EU/UK regulations specific to FS
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Services companies, working on compliance topics
- Highly adaptable skills for working in a fast paced environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
