About the role;

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Global Business team who will have responsibility for developing our relationships with strategic partners supporting the launch of new business lines & product features in the US.

What you’ll be doing ;

New business/product launches

  • Leveraging on our Business Intelligence team, be a trusted partner to define the product strategy of Revolut in the US.
  • Run in-depth build vs. buy vs. partner analytics.
  • Assess go-to-market operating models, perform market & potential key partners sourcing.
  • Run end-to-end deal execution, from RFP issuance, negotiation to legal signing.

Ongoing partner management

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing strategic partners
  • Optimize existing engagements to adapt to change in circumstances

What you’ll need

  • A proven track record for driving B2B2C / D2C partnerships and exceeding targets in more than one territory.
  • Experience working in high-growth companies in partnerships/ business development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to 1) Construct 2) Analyze 3) Deliver new business lines / products or growth hacking initiatives.
  • Demonstrated deal-making capability (partnerships/alliances).
  • You have flawless English language ability with outstanding communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
