About the role

Our Private Banking team is the cornerstone of our exclusive new offering, driving long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals across the globe. We operate with precision and expertise. From onboarding to ongoing financial guidance, we apply a solution-oriented approach and use our know-how to grow and nurture our high-value customer relationships.

We're looking for a Head of Investment Advisory to build and lead a team of advisors, driving the growth and excellence of our advisory service. As an investment expert and leader, you'll shape the future of our high-net-worth client services, ensuring we deliver exceptional value and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and maintaining genuine relationships with high-net-worth clients, including discussing macroeconomic trends and specific investment ideas
  • Understanding client financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide personalised investment advice
  • Advising on portfolio management strategies, including asset allocation across a range of financial products (equities, bonds, derivatives, etc.)
  • Developing central investment strategies to deliver value to clients, monitor performance, and update with market conditions
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
  • Hiring, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team of investment advisors, reinforcing Revolut’s value of Dream Team
  • Defining and managing KPIs for the Advisory team, ensuring delivery of exceptional service and results to our clients

What you'll need

  • Appropriate investment qualifications (UK Level 4 minimum, level 6 preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of macroeconomics, portfolio construction, and behavioural economics
  • An expert understanding of asset classes (equities, bonds, alternatives, etc.)
  • 10+ years of investment experience, with 5+ years delivering financial advice to high-net-worth clients
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of investment advisors
  • A hands-on and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

  • EEA EFQ 5 or equivalent
  • IMC, CFA, or CISI
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Fluency in multiple European languages
  • Experience building processes and teams from scratch
