About the role
The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone.
We’re looking for a Head of Treasury to work across functions and products, managing liquidity, market, credit, and capital adequacy risks for the Revolut's expansion in Colombia.
You’ll be delivering and maintaining an effective treasury function for our new retail banking entity.

What you’ll be doing
- Shaping the treasury function for Revolut Colombia
- Developing investment features
- Creating local liquidity, capital, and IRRBB policies and procedures
- Maintaining and monitoring liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements
- Improving the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profiles
- Supporting the local CFO and Treasurer in capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders, including regulators and the board
- Working with Group Treasury to ensure operations and risk management are in compliance with group policies and achieve strategic consistency
- Collaborating closely with other teams, including Risk Management, Accounting, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting
- Joining the local Assets and Liabilities Committee as a key member
What you'll need
- Experience building treasury processes and controls
- Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
- The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them into smaller pieces
- Expertise in treasury management within financial services
- A bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths
- CFA level III
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of Colombian regulations and regulatory metrics, such as CCL, CFEN, ACLME, and ICAP
