Due to the growth of the Recruitment department we are looking for a Head of Recruitment Training to build a world class recruitment playbook and coaching programme. You will have the opportunity to build this from scratch, with the autonomy and resources to define and execute on a world class learning and development programme that delivers tangible outcomes for the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Establish and execute the learning and development strategy for the Recruitment department
  • Ensure our Recruitment playbooks enable Revoluters to continuously learn
  • Build individualised training programmes for recruiters utilizing all available channels (e-Learning, assessment, video tutorial, point-and-click interaction etc)
  • Manage the QA process for the Recruitment Department


  • Substantial experience working on delivery roles in Recruitment
  • Experience recruiting across multiple jurisdictions (Europe, North America and APAC)
  • Experience building onboarding programmes for Recruiters
  • A strong quantitative and analytical skill set
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Solid project management skills
