About the role
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We’re looking for a Lead Credit Manager to manage the team that oversees our product valuation models and credit strategy optimisation. You'll drive action through monitoring observed behaviour, ensuring the team meets its financial targets, and oversee the quarterly forecasting process.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the team that manages credit product valuation models, supporting their input and assumptions to continuously optimise performance
- Overseeing the quarterly forecasting process on credit products
- Acting as the liaison with Finance, ensuring Credit’s KPIs are set and executed upon across teams
- Determining the credit decisioning framework and aligning it with the 2nd line of defence and Finance
- Optimising credit strategies for new originations, existing customer management, and arrears management to maximise portfolio risk-adjusted returns
- Supporting the development of credit strategies to launch new products by conducting in-market tests to define market fit and target customer segments
- Designing and analysing champion-challenger tests in pricing, credit limit assignment, and other consumer lending product parameters
- Building analytical tools for local credit team use
- Ensuring approval and good rating of first-line credit risk function from second line, third line, and regulators
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in credit risk management for retail credit portfolios (personal loans, credit cards)
- Expertise in credit product valuation models
- Experience making data-driven decisions and working with large datasets using Python or SQL
- A bachelor's degree from a top university in a quantitative/analytical subject, like maths, engineering, physics, or computer science
- The ability to extract the essence from complex matters and explain it simply
- A solid understanding of credit policy governance frameworks, and the ability to work through the 2nd/3rd line of defence in a competent manner
- An understanding of the value of speed to market to balance between elegant problem solving and business needs
- Familiarity with credit scoring models for retail credit products
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN33,000 - PLN38,900 gross monthly*
- Vilnius: €7,100 - €8,900 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN33,000 - PLN38,900 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €7,100 - €8,900 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
