What You'll Be Doing

  • Build tight relationships with key internal stakeholders including the communications teams, people teams, senior leadership and employer engagement;
  • From new products to company milestones, keep our employees informed and engaged of what is happening
  • Lead the change in managing our internal communications channels and measure their efficiency
  • Set the tone internally for company events and announcement
  • Work with various departments to enable visibility of our company roadmap internally

What You'll Need

  • You have extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement
  • You have held senior leadership and influencing positions within your organisation
  • You pride yourself in being creative and know how to build awareness and engagement
  • You’re incredibly hard-working, hands-on and keep cool under pressure
  • You’re results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance
  • You’re a team player and incredibly passionate about our mission and goals.

A little about us…When Revolut was founded in 2015, we had a vision to build a sustainable, digital alternative to traditional big banks. Our mission now is to help our customers improve their financial health, empower them to have more control, and promote financial cohesion across the communities in which we operate. Launching into 2020 with 10 million Personal customers and over a quarter of a million Business customers only reinforced our belief in the vast need across the world for better financial services. As our customer base has boomed in the last year, we’ve expanded our team to match that growth. We started 2019 with several hundred employees; we closed it out with 2000.
