About the team

The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe. We focus on community-driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.

The Growth department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Revolut faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Revolut, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will lead and execute regional brand and marketing campaigns, with little to no agency support, that educate potential users, retain existing users, drive customer value and maximise brand equity across France and BeNeLux
  • You will single-handedly drive marketing campaigns across all marketing channels, including (but not limited to) digital marketing, offline marketing, email marketing, content, community and events in the France and BeNeLux area
  • You will champion our strategic marketing efforts in France and BeNeLux through an in-depth understanding of our target customer’s demographics and habits, competitive dynamics, market specifics and industry trends
  • You will be driving force behind shaping Revolut’s brand in France and BeNeLux
  • You will own the all social media accounts for Revolut in France and BeNeLux
  • You will draft clear recommendations outlining the business case, roadmap and key objectives of specific campaigns
  • You will closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.)

A little bit about you

  • You have at least 3 years of experience with successfully running marketing campaigns in France and BeNeLux across a variety of channels, with little to no agency support
  • You have relevant experience from working in a high-growth company
  • You have an in-depth understanding of our target customer’s demographics and habits, competitive dynamics, market specifics and industry trends in France and BeNeLux
  • You rely on strong analytical skills and leverage data insights to design campaigns that attract and retain customers
  • You have flawless French & English language ability (Dutch is a plus) and great communication skills
  • You have experience in managing multiple marketing projects at once, on quality, time and budget
  • You are results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance
  • You are hard-working, a self-starter, hands-on and want to grow your career and marketing knowledge
