About the role

As a Money Market Funds Expert at Revolut Business, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of MMF products. You'll be the go-to person for Account Executives to help them solve questions, sell products, and improve the MMF product offering.

Collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Sales teams, you’ll ensure that Revolut’s MMF solutions are positioned to drive value for customers while maintaining regulatory excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the dedicated expert for MMF-related enquiries, and additional treasury products
  • Meeting with clients to provide subject-matter expertise, support sales efforts, and gather actionable feedback
  • Aggregating and rationalising feedback from sales teams and customers into prioritised, digestible insights for Product Owners and Risk stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Product and Risk teams to advocate for critical features, inform product planning, and align roadmaps to customer needs
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research to enhance MMF positioning and ensure it stands out in the market
  • Closing the feedback loop by providing timely updates on roadmap items, new launches, and changes in MMF processes

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in product enablement, financial sales, or B2B product marketing, preferably within a regulated financial product area
  • 6+ months of experience working in a credit or financial institution in relation to financial instruments markets
  • The ability to act as a subject matter expert for MMF products, communicating complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
  • Solid analytical skills to explore complex datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to both technical and commercial audiences
  • A proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams
  • A customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a commitment to providing accurate, factual, and non-advisory information
  • The ability to absorb and apply complex information from extensive documentation, such as product prospectuses
  • Fluency in English
  • To be based in Lithuania

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, particularly with MMFs, investment products, or treasury solutions
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures within a regulated financial environment
  • Familiarity with Revolut’s ecosystem or similar fintech platforms
  • A degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Fluency in additional languages

Compensation range

  • Vilnius: €3,300 - €6,200 gross monthly*
  • Lithuania: €3,300 - €6,200 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
