The Revolut People team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that is people-centric and value-adding. We’re looking for a People Specialist to provide the greatest support to our employees. Someone who’ll deliver everyday HR tasks globally. A professional who’ll keep the employment life cycle at Revolut running smoothly and happily. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others to do the same 🌱

What you’ll be doing

  • Being the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally
  • Coordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations including pre-onboarding, onboarding processes, people services desk, and offboarding processes
  • Managing internal tools such as time and attendance
  • Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records
  • Implementating important HR projects and policies

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, Administrator, or Partner role
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisation
  • Experience in a service role, working to SLAs and other measurable performance metrics
  • Experience administering HR operations using automated tools (e.g. via Jira service desk, HRIS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • A great understanding of employment law and local HR practices

Nice to have

  • Experience in a start-up
  • Experience in the tech or financial services industry
  • CIPD Qualification
  • Experience collaborating on an international team
