About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand Marketing to build Revolut’s brand into a household name globally. As Revolut’s Head of Brand Marketing you will create & deliver on Revolut’s brand strategy to increase both Revolut brand awareness & brand consideration among different categories of audience. You will lead our Brand Studio and work closely with our growth machine to deliver on our goals.

What you’ll need to achieve

  • Define a strong Brand strategy that takes Revolut’s brand to the next level
  • Effectively execute brand marketing campaigns
  • Manage the work of our brand studio (interdisciplinary team of designers)

What you’ll need

  • Creative brand marketing expertise: you have previously built brands that people love
  • Track record of marketing excellence: you’ve built a strong brand in your market via cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, implemented and evaluated
  • Strong problem solving skills: you used data to build and constantly improve your marketing strategy and can prove your capacity to take data-driven decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience in a hypergrowth company
  • Led a regional brand / marketing / growth team
  • Knowledge about the retail banking industry (e.g. via consulting)
  • Founder experience
