We’re looking for a Real Estate Manager to be at the forefront of Revolut’s expansion and contribute directly to the company’s rapid growth. You'll source and secure new office sites across the globe, as well as future proofing the existing network to support Revolut’s operations.

What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring timely completion of real estate transactions, including new acquisitions, membership agreements, and lease renewals
- Working with internal stakeholders to define office requirements and source matching opportunities from a range of external brokers
- Managing multiple transactions simultaneously across the globe
- Communicating with key business partners to discuss expectations and status of deals
- Managing negotiations with property owners, agents, and lawyers
- Owning commercial aspects to complete real estate agreements aligning with programme objectives
- Leading and coordinating legal negotiations, due diligence, deal analysis, and exit scenarios, and presenting business cases to leadership
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Security, IT, Facilities, Legal, and Global Business, to project manage a real estate operation to completion
- Defining and executing real estate operations in accordance with the portfolio strategy
- Extending, renewing, redeveloping, or repositioning existing locations to increase value using best-in-class practices
- Overseeing relationships with external real estate services providers and property owners
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial real estate role
- Negotiation and deal-making skills
- Experience in transaction management, ideally in offices
- A clear understanding of real estate trends and best practices
- Awareness of the life-cycle of a property, including asset acquisition and disposal
- The ability to develop solid relationships with stakeholders and work in a diverse team environment
- Strategic real estate thinking, understanding different business needs to provide tailored solutions as needed
- The ability to hold yourself and others accountable for milestones and tasks, acting with confidence and integrity
Nice to have
- A degree in a property-related or equivalent subject
- Experience with real estate transactions in multiple countries
- Fluency in other languages
