We’re looking for exceptionally driven Recruiters who'll ensure candidates are getting a fantastic experience within our recruitment process. You'll innovate, drive, and deliver end-to-end hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process here at Revolut.

We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician who plans and executes first-class hiring strategies. Someone who'll play on our team with one goal — to bring the world's top A-Players to Revolut.

What you’ll be doing

  • Recruiting exceptional A-players to join Revolut's rapidly-growing teams, such as Engineering, Corporate Services, Growth, Operations, Risk & Compliance, and People, is a very hands-on role
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate's experience
  • Serving as a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
  • Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
  • Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates, and selling Revolut as an employer of choice
  • Driving the offer process and closing candidates
  • Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
  • Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a recruiter
  • Experience in recruitment in banking, big 4, technology, fintech, or a high-growth startup (either internal or with an agency)
  • Experience with an ATS
  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
  • High attention to detail
  • Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and adaptability to work across multiple roles concurrently

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth internal recruitment function or agency
  • The ability to work with data and metrics to demonstrate your contribution to the business and optimisation of your pipeline
