About the role
The Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for maintaining and developing transparent relationships with our regulators.
We're looking for a Regulatory Strategy Manager to be the main person who communicates with regulators. You'll turn regulatory affairs into important business strategies, from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing
- Communicating clearly with regulators and the business, including distilling complex information into smaller, digestible chunks
- Taking new-found info and translating it into meaningful, strategic roadmaps to ensure Revolut is compliant, balancing regulatory obligations with ambitious growth plans
- Keeping regulators up to date on new products and initiatives
- Working with the wider Risk and Compliance team to share communications during an incident
- Preparing management reports and Management Information, in particular for regulators meetings, internal committees, and the Board
- Delivering training and updates to product teams and wider business on regulatory requirements and changes
- Building processes and documentation for the team in a scalable, sustainable way
- Being a champion for conduct and compliance across the business
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience
- Excellent academic qualifications
- Demonstrable quantitative and/or problem-solving skills
- Experience in a Big 4 or related area
- Impressive career progression
- Self-motivation, self-organization, and focus on high-quality delivery
- Impeccable written communication skills and an ability to deliver a message succinctly
- The ability to work independently and with changing priorities
- The ability to build solid, mutually respectful relationships with diverse teams and across stakeholders of varying seniority
- Proficiency using tech software to manage work streams
Nice to have
- Experience in a major regulator, such as PRA, ECB, etc.
- Experience in a hyper-growth company or industry, such as fintech
