About the role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed 🚀
We're looking for a Sales Approvals & Data Quality Associate who'll be responsible for maintaining our sales department's overall quality to high standards. You'll be making sure internal sales policies are followed, sales deals are correctly attributed, and CRM records are up to date and reflect correct information regarding deal ownership.

What you’ll be doing
- Analysing Salesforce records to determine the correct deal ownership and sales credit
- Making sure sales policies were respected while prospecting and onboarding customers
- Remaining vigilant for potential compliance and regulatory issues
- Helping maintain Salesforce record data integrity and consistency
- Identifying emerging issues in CRM automations and record-maintenance tools
- Shaping processes and policies that support the department’s goals and objectives
What you'll need
- 1+ year of experience in a tech, fintech, or other fast-paced company (preferably B2B)
- Experience in a customer service role
- Great organisation skills and a motivated self-starter attitude
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM applications (i.e. Salesforce)
