We’re looking for a skilled Head of Sales and Service - Insurance to manage operations teams and collaborate with product teams.

This role is about developing a firm foundation for our operations and continuing to innovate on ways to scale it quickly and effortlessly. We want you to focus particularly on our customer satisfaction and process compliance in this role by finding a balance between consistency and positive experiences for all our customers. The successful candidate will build the Sales and Service Business Unit to support the UK, Europe and Global insurance markets. The role requires significant change leadership and the ability to make fast paced decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we begin to create our Revolut insurance operation.

Location: London or 100% remote from any other location in the UK.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver market leading customer service to Revolut insurance customers through your Business Unit, within the App and outside of the App when required
  • Design, build and maintain a Target Operating Model which enables exceptional service delivery alongside business efficiency
  • Continuously review and update your business planning to ensure service delivery as the business grows in new products and locations
  • Work closely with the Insurer Relations and Product teams to ensure sales and service support needs are identified and deliver required actions for new products or services
  • Use data, market and customer insights to make improvements to our sales and service support which benefit both the customer and the business
  • Work with the Head of Operations to identify opportunities to automate sales and service processes, and embed the changes into your business unit
  • Analyse your business unit performance, identifying any under performance and/or risk and implement resolutions at pace
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, including regulatory requirements and standards, and implement required changes to keep Revolut as a leading insurance service
  • Achieve and exceed your Service Level requirements
  • Embed the Revolut Insurance vision and values within your Business Unit

What you will need

  • +5 years Leadership experience within the Insurance industry
  • +3 years experience in an Insurance sales and/or service management position
  • Experience managing a cost centre budget
  • Experience leading international and remote working teams
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically, and align your roadmaps for success
  • Strong change delivery experience
  • Experience in automating customer journeys
  • Passion for delivering market leading customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where quick decision making is required
  • Evidence of data driven decision making capability
