About the role

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech, with a primary focus on U.S. expansion. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our U.S. business to help us build sustainable growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and optimizing the strategy for Revolut's U.S. market expansion and managing the execution of that strategy
  • Helping define U.S. strategic priorities
  • Leading and executing projects end to end, working across all products we offer
  • Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems

What you'll need

  • At least a 3.5 GPA from a top university
  • 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
  • The ability to deconstruct complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks, combined with enthusiasm for working with data
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to make an impact
  • An interest in the financial and technology industry

Nice to have

  • Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R

Compensation range

  • New York: $156,750 - $165,000 gross annually*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
