Since 2015, Revolut has introduced over 15 million customers to a new way to handle their money. From instant spending notifications and built-in budgeting controls, to global currency exchange and stock trading, customers simply get more with Revolut.

Our Acquiring team offers our customers the possibility to accept card payments directly in their Revolut Business account via API integration, website widgets, plugins with major e-commerce platforms, Payment Links and other solutions.

About the role

The Acquiring team is growing considerably and we need someone to help our merchants in their integrations with our APIs and Website Plugins. You will be in direct touch with our merchants, become the main point of contact to support the planning and execution of their integration with Revolut products, as well as supporting Revolut’s Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management teams in helping customers understand our Acquiring products.

What you need to achieve

Master Revolut’s integrations and APIs

  • Offer excellent customer experience to our current and potential merchants, while offering Revolut’s products and advising on solutions for their requirements
  • Planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end
  • Creating technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Understanding merchant requirements and communicate how Revolut can solve their business and technical challenges
  • Planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation together with our customers
  • Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users, partners and sales teams

What you’ll need

Minimum 1+ year of experience as Integration Engineer, Implementation support agent, Tech support agent into a payment provider company/acquirer (especially in a cutting edge company such as Stripe, Mollie, Braintree, Paypal, Checkout)

  • Customer relations/Customer support or Sales - at least 1 year of experience
  • PHP/Javascript/Python - At least university experience

Professional proficiency in English
