Joining now means helping shape our structures and systems, then taking part as we launch into our ambitious future.

About you:

  • Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues and implement operational improvements
  • 3+ years of financial risk experience in the brokerage, investment banking, or trading industries.
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, investment instruments and theory, and trading strategies.
  • Familiarity with quantitative financial risk concepts such as Value-at-Risk, expected shortfall, option pricing models, and stress testing
  • Data analysis skills applying tools/languages such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS

Bonus points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a quantitative field
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 63
  • Risk management or financial analysis certification(s) such as CFA and FRM

We’re looking for more growth-minded and collaborative people to be a part of our journey in democratizing finance for all. If you’re ready to give 100% in helping us achieve our mission—we’d love to have you apply even if you feel unsure about whether you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Robinhood, we’re looking for people invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.
