About the role

We’re looking for a Content Strategist to help drive overall growth, acquisition, activation, retention and engagement of our current and potential customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about curating content that empowers both new and potential customers to understand investing, market conditions, and other financial concepts.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Collaborating with the design and product teams to help build a delightful user experience
  • Contributing to our Help Center and Support Emails
  • Creating and advocating for an approachable style of language that best communicates our mission externally
  • Implementing strategies to improve existing content, and providing a vision for future content
  • Working cross-functionally to deliver necessary content to empower internal teams (including Design, Marketing and PR)
  • Assuring high quality of content for our products in terms of: ease of use, intuitiveness, and delightfulness
  • Implementing Robinhood’s voice to help build our content standards

Some things we consider critical for this role:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Eagerness to help shape Robinhood’s style and communication system
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, and ability to deliver content effectively
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and ability to communicate this effectively to the team
  • Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Experience conducting a content audit and comparative audit
  • Ability to embody the Robinhood Voice
  • Experience designing a content matrix and editorial guidelines that align with short and long term company goals.
