About the team + role
As a member of Robinhood's Marketing Technology team, you'll play a key role in helping us build and support a world class Marketing Technology stack and team.
Our mission is to enhance, build and transform systems for the global Marketing organization. With product and engineering. We are building a best-in-class, privacy-first martech stack from the ground up.
As MarTech Manager, Data and Measurement, you’ll own and optimize the data layer for the marketing team. You'll apply your expertise in data collection, storage, federation, enrichment and application to power marketing attribution and personalization at scale.

What you’ll do
- Attribution: Plan, identify, capture and store all of the necessary data elements to support a robust marketing attribution system
- Data Enrichment: Providing Marketing with additional data points that allow for greater personalization, targeting and measurement
- Data Federation: Facilitating the transfer of data between our data store and various marketing tools and environments
- Regional Marketing Data Stores: Establishing data repositories in accordance with regional data requirements for Marketing use cases.
- Reporting & Analysis: Improve the current marketing reporting stack and plan to integrate a general-purpose BI tool for widespread marketing use
- Data Accessibility: Expanding the data store with new elements and sources, particularly to support data demands from go-to-market (GTM) activities
What you bring
- 5-7 years of professional experience in conversion optimization, product management, growth product, growth marketing, or other data-driven field
- Experience with a broad range of marketing data tools: CDPs,MMPs, MMMs, BI/Analytics (Segment, Hightouch, SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker, etc.)
- Experience working on B2C attribution & measurement with millions of customers
- Experience working to enable marketing personalization and dynamic content with 1st and 3rd party data.
- Experience working to adhere to data and privacy regulations like GDPR
- Familiarity with data and infrastructure required to enable the development of machine learning models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
