About the Role:

Our newly formed Inclusion, Equity and Belonging (IEB) Recruiting Team is passionate about driving real impact in Inclusive & Equitable Hiring! As the IEB Recruiting Program Manager you will manage the development and rollout of inclusive and equitable talent sourcing programs and hiring processes. You will also play a key role in managing and driving relationships with partner organizations across a wide range of talent communities.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Own and drive program roadmap and deliver a portion of team projects end-to-end, ensuring high quality implementation in collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Lead ongoing relationships with external IEB-focused partner organizations
  • Establish and manage a framework for initiative proposals and approvals. Lead prioritization of identified projects relative to critical business needs.
  • Manage internal communications rhythm across multiple organizations and partners on progress of IEB Recruiting programs & initiatives; collaborate with our Talent Brand team on external communication opportunities.
  • Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics, develop dashboards to track program efficiency, and guide strategic decisions
  • Identify and collect IEB practices, processes, and tools; incorporate into an IEB Recruiting playbook, soliciting feedback and driving action

About You:

  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
  • Experience employing organizational change with impact across sophisticated audiences and environments
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, rapidly adapting environment
  • Solid understanding of talent lifecycle functions including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and candidate experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills via efficiency tools like Asana, Monday, etc
  • High proficiency and interest in the Inclusion & Equity landscape
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
  • Ability to be creative and resourceful with minimal guidance
