About the team + role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CRM Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists who are responsible for building and maintaining content across owned channels (email, push, in-app, website). This role is critical in managing the workflow and processes that ensure marketing campaigns are deployed on time and without error. You will be the linchpin in campaign request management, capacity planning, process optimization, and cross-functional communication.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain visibility into current and projected team capacity
  • Regular outward and upward communication on state of the queue
  • Removing blockers that prevent request completion
  • Creating and documenting SOPs to maximize throughput while minimizing errors
  • Keeping Standard Operating Procedure docs up-to-date as new capability and processes are introduced
  • Internal tooling improvements
  • Additional ways to leverage 3rd party tools to improve
  • Develop and coach a diverse team of specialists located across the US

What you bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing a team
  • Proven experience in managing campaign workflows and developing SOPs.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Contentful, Litmus, Sendgrid, Braze, Iterable, Hightouch is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in leading tooling and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
