About the team + role
As a Product Program Manager at Robinhood, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness of product launches and large-scale initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and socializing detailed operational readiness plans and timelines, as well as gathering, testing, and approving operational requirements prior to launches. You will collaborate with various internal teams to align efforts and ensure that each project is launched with flawless execution.

What you’ll do
- Define, track, and communicate key launch operational metrics
- Capture customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap adjustments
- Collect frontline agent feedback on customer sentiment, product inquiries, and feature requests
- Address bugs or issues requiring immediate attention
What you bring
- Proven experience in program or project management
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Skill in efficiently implementing operational strategies and achieving tangible outcomes
- Capability to identify and address risks, challenges, and necessary adjustments to timelines when required.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
