- Review tax related (e.g., W8/W9) documents on an ongoing basis with heavy emphasis on mass payment processing for domestic and international payees
- Process payments in a timely manner using an external payment processor (Tipalti)
- Work closely with Developers to help address question on the Developer Exchange program
- Analyze user data to gain insight on earnings trends using Tableau
- What You Need to Be Successful:
- BA or BS in relevant field with 3-5 years hands on experience in processing payments and/or customer service related roles
- Proven record of dealing with mass payments, both domestic and international, as well as customer service and ecommerce users at large
- Ownership of tasks and strong attention to detail, fanatically organized and resourceful
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Tableau, ZenDesk, and IDology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
